Your order will be sent out after your payment clears

Bank wire is the preferred method of payment and should be received by us within 48 hours. Paper checks will be held until it clears, sometimes upwards of 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank may show that your funds are withdrawn while we have not confirmed the receipt of money yet. Due to the volatility in the precious metals market, this personal check from a US bank must be received by us within 5 days after placing your order or risk our contract agreement price.

Fast Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail Registered Insured which should get to you within 5-8 days upon leaving one of our distribution centers. Each package will have a tracking number and will be available to you when requested. Please make sure you have a United States Postal Service (USPS) deliverable address and all packages must be signed by someone 18 years and older as proof of receipt. Any signature from a minor under 18 may void the transaction process.

Secure Shipping

All boxes will be double wrapped using reinforced strapping tape and brown Kraft tape so the US Postal Service can use their Registered Insured tamper proof stamp. When necessary, some packages will be double boxed for extra strength.

Discreet Packaging

All orders will be discreetly packaged so that the box will not detail its contents or value. Our company name will be QLGS as sender. Boxes are heavy and may jingle but that is out of our control.

Free Shipping

Quantum Leap Gold and Silver is proud to offer free shipping on all purchases from our company. All packages are fully insured for its full value and since package come directly from us to you, it does not require any additional handling charges. Should package be damaged on arrival, immediately make a claim with your USPS office and we can provide additional information on its value and contents so that we can work together to replace or refund your order.
